Every year around Valentine's Day, Christmas, and Halloween I get the itch to make sugar cookies, so we decided to do just that the other day:
Tyler's first sugar cookie - I think he liked it!!?!

The colorful heart candies are valentine gobstoppers - not that great on the cookie...kids haven't embraced the "less is more" idea yet!
Will you come make some with my kids now? I hate the sugar cookie mess, but it's just not Valentine's day without them.
I agree with Elena. I love a good sugar cookie, but can't stand the mess. I usually only make them once a year. :(
